Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • Any free shipping offers will be applied automatically as per the ongoing promotion or order eligibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your shipment tracking details.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact details are accurate while placing your order. Address modifications can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

Delays in Delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and photographs of the product and packaging. Our support team will assist you with an appropriate resolution.

We currently deliver across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
